"I have had the OAC program for 5 years now and I love it. It is very easy to use and I do not have very good computer skills. Everything is compatible to Chester Co. Tax Bureau for me and it is easy to do start up for the year and close out at the end of the year.

I alway get someone to talk to if I have a question and a tech is always available to help me. I have recently added a bar code scanner which has lessened the time it takes to process the bills. It is easy to do tax certifications and duplicate bills with this program.
