What Does it Really Cost?

M.T.S. Costs $750 per year per user which includes;

1. Unlimited support for answering questions about the use of the MTS program.

2. To keep the program itself,  free from errors, running on a standalone computer.

3. Installing up to 5 different databases into the MTS program.  

For example, each of these tax items constitute a single database .

Municipal Real Estate                       Municipal Per Capita                        Street Light

School District Real Estate              School District Per Capita                Municipal Fire Service

County Real Estate                            County Per Capita                              Municipal Hydrant

For pricing on the installation of additional databases, beyond 5, please call the office.

Networking issues, and the attendant problems caused by operating the program in a network environment, are not covered. 

Network services are supplied at current office rates.
