Dear Josef,

My name is Pat Vassilaros. I am the tax collector at Lower Macungie Township in Lehigh County, PA.

We came to you in Feb 2015 in dire straits needing your software and your expert Rudy to help us stabilize our tax collection system.

I had gone through a difficult year with a previous software company and was skeptical that I could find one that could possibly take away the end of year stress that I had faced in proving out.

It is Jan. 8th, 2016 (NOT Jan. 28th! like last year)! Tonight I proved out to all my reports, wrote the checks to the municipalities and literally shed a few tears of gratitude.
I cannot explain the great relief and joy I felt using your system and having Rudy there for me this past year as support. All of the East Penn Collectors feel the same way as I do.

I just wanted to thank you and Nancy and Rudy for making this year the BEST year I have ever been a tax collector. I tell everyone how wonderful your system is and how Rudy is a lifesaver!
