Earlier this year, my tax office began using OAC Network Solutions as our vendor, more specifically Municipal Tax Systems software. This tax software is by far the easiest yet most complete software I have ever used. It contains ease of posting, any and all necessary reports including monthly reporting, tax certifications, and everything a tax collector needs. Most importantly for me, besides the great functionality, is the awesome technical support that is provided. Our software support specialist is always available for questions. I have been more than satisfied with our change to OAC!
