We started using the M.T.S. system for the 2012 tax year. Since it was our first foray into computerized tax record keeping, it was a learning process. However, Rudy was there every step of the way. It is now a system that this office could not do without. The receipting is very easy and concise. The reports cover all aspects of our office and meet state requirements. You can reprint any bill in several different formats. It is very easy to add supplemental or surcharge bills and do exonerations. The system also will download mass payments, making it unnecessary to receipt escrowed accounts one by one. We are looking forward to trying the options that have not yet been explored.
